As soon as we receive your enrollment form, you will get a confirmation notice and detailed information of your Spanish course, accommodation, and any othe service you have asked for with all details (the adress of your accomodation, the beginning of your course, very precise instructions about how to reach the accomodation and the school,...)
Guarantees
All types of accommodation in Salamanca will be continuously monitored by our accomodation department. Any damage you could find in your accomodation, must be immediately reported so it can be repaired as soon as possible.
We ensure that all accommodation provided by our Spanish school in Salamanca are a maximum fifteen minute walk from the school.
If you think your accommodation in Salamanca is inadequate, our Spanish school guarantees a change of accommodation within the first 48 hours of your stay.
* There must be a justified reason to ask for a room change.
You can combine several different types of accommodation during your stay in Salamanca if you want, always depending on availability. In order to have multiple accommodations, you will have to notify it in advance when you send the enrollment form.
